The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were up to standard. The hotel was in a good location, close to public transportation and major attractions. the staff were helpful and accommodating.
Attention to detail was lacking, with some areas needing maintenance and cleaning. The photos on the hotel's website were misleading and made the hotel appear fresher than it actually was.
